Sweater made with contrasting yarns
Cima is a sporty, easy-fitting, crew neck sweater in extra-fine Merino wool blended with a small percentage of polyester.
A great every day sweater, its horizontal striped look is created by knitting two different coloured yarns into pleats, and this gives it a shadow effect.
The neck, hem and cuffs are knitted vertically for contrast and the minimal polyester content ensures that the pleats keep their shape.
Cima comes in two on-trend colour ways: the first is a green/grey and off white variant and the second is blue combined with deep navy.
Silky fine Merino wool, which comes from sheep of the same name, is softer and warmer than regular wool and never itchy or rough on the skin.

We are selective with our suppliers and minimize internal energy use and waste. However, sustainability for Takaturna means much more. If you keep wearing a garment for several years and then gift it to someone else, you are not only paying us a big compliment, you are also helping keep the planet healthy.
To be completely transparent, we have evaluated each component of each garment and assigned them a percentage of sustainability. The assessments can be based, for example, on the use of recycled products or on the fact that their eventual disposal does not pollute the atmosphere. The beauty and performance aspects of fabrics, trims, dyeing and finishing are of prime importance to us, however, when we make our selection, we are always striving to improve and this is reflected in our sustainability indexing.
